
Refund and Returns Policy for Dressciteino – Effective Date: March 6, 2025
At Dressciteino, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we provide a 30-day return and refund policy for eligible products.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may return items within 30 days of the purchase date if they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Shoes and apparel must be returned in their original box or packaging.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use cannot be returned.
Final sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers returning items due to incorrect orders or defective products will receive free return shipping.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Email info@dressciteino.com or call (870) 793-8169 with your order number and return request.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
- Ship your item to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
4. Exchanges & Size Adjustments
We allow exchanges for different sizes and colors within 30 days. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or full refund.
